The corporation was founded in 1946 in Aden. The commerce was limited in fabrics, textile and food products for Yemeni and the government.
- In 1956 started to open braches in Taiz and Sana’a the capital city to work in the same field.
- In 1975 the budget of the corporation increased with 70% to be half a million dollars.
- In 1985 four branches were opened in different cities in the north of Yemen. The commercial work expanded to cover different products.
- In 1990 with the unity of the south and the north parts of Yemen, the budget increased to be 5 million dollars.
- During (1990-2005) we have supplying the Yemeni army with different needs like batteries, tyres, canvas, helmets, spare parts of different military vehicles.
- The budget has been increased many times.
- We deal with companies in different places in all over the world. We have a plan to open branches in some Arabic countries.
Recently we have been one of the main suppliers of military trucks, spare parts, batteries, tyres, and articles,... ect ..., larest producer of plastic products, and well-known distibuter of different products in Yemen markets.
We guarantee high quality of all products since we have cooperated with companies from more than 15 countries and we are open for new manufacturers as well.
