The National Cement Company (NCC) is a Greenfield cement plant, located in Wadi Saim; close to the Al Anad Junction, 70km north-east of Aden in Yemen. The plant is designed for a capacity of 4,200 TPD clinker production.
NCC is Yemen's first privately-owned cement plant and is part of the HSA Group of companies. Ground clearance and levelling of the site started around March 2006 and the opening ceremony was held on Sunday 20th July 2008. |
