In an effort to diversify investments, Mr. Sanabani in 1994 completed the facilities for a very large Paper Converting & Printing Press. This plant located in the Wadi Dhar area, Sana’a, has residential complex for the staff of the Factory. The area for this factory is 22,000 sq.mtrs and employs 50 employees per shift. The investment in this facility is over US$4.0 million excluding the working capital and the factory became operational in August 1994. This factory houses the latest technology in printing and production of paper and is fully automated. The paper production Section produces School Exercise Books, Note Books, Photocopy Paper, Ruled Paper and Offset Printing Paper etc.

Yemen paper bags manufacturing co.(YPBMCo) was established on 25/ 05/ 2005 as a private shareholding company with a limited limited liability. Based on its policy of acquiring the best at all times the company purchased its first production line the well known German company Windmoller & Holscher. The tuber and bottomer are linked with an automatic transfer line in addition to the necessary auxiliary equipment as well. The installation and commissioning of the line was completed at the end of 2006.The capacity of the line exceeds (100,000) cement bags in an eight hours shift, giving an annual capacity of more than (75) seventy five million of high quality paper sacks produced with the best modern machines combined with foreign and local production. YPBMCo. became the main supplier of paper sacks for the currently existing cement plants (Amran, Al Barh and Bajil).YPBMCo is aiming to cover all the needs of paper sacks for the new cement plants that are being established in the local market.
